1 - General Provisions
1.1. The www.striker.media platform is operated by STRIKER MEDIA S.R.L., headquartered in Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2024029470004, having VAT number 50675640 and EUID: ROONRC.J2024029470004.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Service Provider (Striker Media) and the Beneficiary (the client who purchases one of the plans offered by the Provider).
1.3. Accessing, using, or contracting services implies full acceptance of this document.
2 - Demo Plans
2.1. DEMO Plans are provided strictly for demonstration purposes and may not be used for commercial purposes by the Beneficiary without purchasing a full project.
2.2. By their nature, DEMO Plans are personalized services delivered promptly, and in accordance with Art. 16(c) of GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, they are non-refundable.
2.3. Delivery time begins immediately after: - full payment confirmation; - signing of the individual contract for the DEMO plan.
2.4. If the Beneficiary decides to continue with a full project, they may benefit from a 1.2x discount of the DEMO Plan value, provided they present the corresponding invoice and previously signed contract.
Example calculation:
- Full Project Price: €2,658.5
- DEMO Plan Price: €249
- Discount: €249 x 1.2 = €298.8
- Final Project Price: €2,359.7
3 - Project Avalability and Waitlist
3.1. Project intake capacity is limited to a certain number of active monthly slots.
3.2. Purchasing a DEMO Plan may occupy an active slot.
3.3. If all slots are occupied, the Beneficiary will be placed on a waiting list, in chronological order of requests, and the project will begin as soon as a slot becomes available.
4 - Demo plan (Deliverables)
4.1. UI/UX Design DEMO: - short documentation, - wireframe, - one styled page (homepage), - sitemap preview, - responsive design for mobile and desktop.
4.2. Brand Identity DEMO: - one logo version, - color palette, - suggested typography, - 10 visual mockups.
4.3. Full Circle DEMO: - all the above, - UI styling according to branding, - multi-device responsive design (desktop, tablet, phone), - complete typography and color system.
5 - Demo plan Delivery Delays
5.1. If the DEMO Plan is not delivered within 48 hours after the end of the agreed waiting period, Striker Media will offer compensation of 20% of the plan's value as a delay fee.
5.2. The Beneficiary must report the delay within 48 hours from the deadline. Later complaints will not be considered.
6 - Ineligibility Clauses
6.1. Striker Media reserves the right to refuse collaboration for projects that involve, promote, or are associated with the following industries:
- gambling and - cryptocurrencies (crypto/NFT).
7 - Post-Delivey Responsibility
7.1. After the deliverables are handed over, Striker Media assumes no responsibility for their usage or the future evolution of the project, unless a maintenance plan has been purchased.
7.2. According to the Civil Code (Art. 1350), the warranty obligation ends upon expiration of the contractual period.
8 - Project Maintenance
8.1. Striker Media includes 60 days of free maintenance after delivery of any completed project, covering minor fixes and adjustments.
8.2. Afterwards, the Beneficiary may purchase a customized maintenance plan valid for 4, 6, 8, or 12 months.
8.3. Maintenance plans are fully customizable and do not have predefined pricing. They are subject to individual offers and contracts.
9 - Warranty for UI/UX Design and Framer Projects
9.1. Standard Warranty Period
Striker.Media provides a complimentary warranty certificate valid for sixty (60) calendar days for UI/UX Design projects that also include development in the Framer platform. The warranty period starts on the official project launch date.
9.2. Services Covered During the Warranty
During the warranty period, the Client is entitled to the following services at no additional cost:
a) Correction of errors occurring after launch that prevent the project from functioning as intended.
b) Minor updates, including changes to text, colors, buttons, or links.
c) Standard technical support, available during Striker.Media’s regular business hours.
9.3. Extended Warranty
If the Client chooses to make full payment for the project at the time of signing the agreement, the warranty period will automatically be extended to one hundred twenty (120) calendar days under the same terms and conditions.
9.4. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover major structural changes, extensive redesigns, addition of new functionalities, or interventions caused by modifications to external platforms (for example, changes in third-party APIs or system updates affecting project functionality).
10 - Post-Warranty Maintenance Plans
10.1. General Provisions
After the warranty period expires, the Client may choose one of Striker.Media’s maintenance plans. All plans may be customized to the Client’s specific needs upon written agreement.
10.2. Lite Plan – 4 Months
4 minor update sessions (text, colors, buttons).
On-demand exports (Figma, PDF, PNG).
Monthly backup.
Standard support.
10.3. Flow Plan – 6 Months
6 minor update sessions + 1 major UX intervention (e.g., new page, flow optimization).
UX/UI audit every 3 months.
Recommendations based on user behavior.
Full export.
Priority support.
10.4. Studio Plan – 8 Months
8 minor update sessions + 2 major interventions (e.g., dashboard, onboarding flow).
UX/UI audit every 4 months.
Wireframes and prototypes for new features.
Regular feedback on information architecture.
Export in all available formats.
Extended support.
11.5. Partner Plan – 12 Months
12 minor update sessions + 3 major interventions.
Quarterly UX/UI audits.
Partial redesign for underperforming components.
Consultancy for scaling and prioritizing functionalities.
Dedicated assistance with a maximum 24-hour response time.
11.6. Limitations and Exclusions
Maintenance plans do not include full development of new functionalities, complete project redesign, or migration to other platforms unless expressly agreed upon in the maintenance contract.

12 - Data Protection and Privacy
11.1. Striker Media processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
11.2. The collected data may include, but is not limited to: name, email address, company name, tin, project preferences, IP address, and usage behavior on the platform.
11.3. Data is collected through forms, account creation, email communication, and cookies.
11.4. The Beneficiary has the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

13 - Cookies Policy
12.1. The website www.striker.media uses cookies to improve user experience and analyze traffic.
12.2. Cookies may include necessary session cookies, performance cookies, and targeting cookies, in accordance with the user's consent.
12.3. By continuing to use the platform, the Beneficiary consents to the use of cookies as outlined in the Cookies Policy.
14 - Intellectual Property
13.1. All intellectual property rights related to the design, content, and materials provided through Striker Media, including logos, visual elements, and project deliverables (unless otherwise stipulated in the contract), remain the exclusive property of Striker Media.
13.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content provided by Striker Media is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action under Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights.
15 - Governing Law and Disputes
14.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian legislation in force, including: - GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights, - Civil Code (Law no. 287/2009).
14.2. Any dispute shall first be settled amicably. If not resolved, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Bucharest.
14.3. The Beneficiary may also resort to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through competent authorities or use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16 - Special Clauses
Any unusual clauses will be highlighted and explained separately to ensure user understanding.
17 - Right of Withdrawal
16.1. In accordance with GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, the Beneficiary, as an individual consumer, has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at distance or off-premises, within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
16.2. This right does not apply to DEMO Plans, which are exempt under Article 16(c) of GEO no. 34/2014, as they constitute customized services whose execution begins with the Beneficiary’s prior consent.
16.3. For full project contracts that do not begin execution immediately, the withdrawal procedure and form will be provided in the project agreement.
18 - Copyright and Trademark Notice
All content elements, trade names, logos, graphic symbols, visual materials, brand identity components, and any other original materials published under the name Striker.Media are the exclusive property of Striker Media S.R.L. and are protected under Romanian intellectual property law, including Law no. 8/1996 on Copyright and Related Rights and Law no. 84/1998 on Trademarks and Geographical Indications.
The name “Striker.Media” and the associated logo are registered trademarks in Romania and may not be used, reproduced, distributed, modified, or exploited in any form, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the rightful owner Striker Media S.R.L.
Any commercial, advertising, editorial, educational, or otherwise unauthorized use of the "Striker.Media" name or its visual identity is strictly prohibited. Such use may mislead the public, create confusion, or harm the reputation, image, or legal interests of the company.
Any infringement of these rights will result in legal action under Romanian law, including litigation and claims for damages.

19 - Compliance with Applicable Laws
This document complies with the following laws and regulations:
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Law No. 190/2018 on GDPR implementation in Romania.
Law No. 365/2002 on electronic commerce.
Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts.
